It was a blustery windy, busy Spring day in October for the Liverpool Spring Expo. Our team welcomed hundreds of families into the space as they battled the wind, which was roaring throughout the day.
The forceful weather didn’t stop locals from enjoying what the expo had to offer, and our space was filled the whole day. Our sensory water-play station was a magnet for the kids!
Our Mini Worm Farm workshop was very popular and we were proud to have environmental educator Paddy Lane join the team to give a talk on stage about worm farms. The talk was postponed due to the wind, and continued to play havoc during the presentation with the worm farm lid blowing off into the audience!
A success, in the face of a gale, our team slept very well that night!
